J.Stephen Hicks: "We shot this on the beach down in Baja Mexico near Cabo. I remember driving around in frustration that afternoon 'cause the beaches all had people or traffic and the sun was fading all the while I had the amazing Veronica Zemanova made up and ready to go. We finally found a vacant beach to shoot and my assistant (against my advice) got the jeep stuck in the sand while we headed towards our destination. In a rare display of anxiety I freaked out. I was so afraid I was gonna 'miss it'. But somehow, we dug out, raced to the site we were after and I cranked this shoot out while the sun was in it's final hour. I now consider this a classic--a prime location, one of the best girls ever, and some extreme circumstances that left me high on adrenalin."
